JH21 Series C-frame Fixed Bolster Press is welded with steel plate to gain good rigidity and stable precision. The crank shaft is placed vertically, so the structure is compact and the contour is beautiful. Using the combined pneumatic friction clutch and brake, the engagement is smooth, the action is agile and the noise is low. Gear pair adopts the flooding system lubrication. The slide block is six-face rectangle with longer guide track whose face is bronze panel, Meanwhile an import hydraulic overload protector can be installed in the slide block with imported air pump and ring seal. Its action is agile and reliable. JH21 Series C-frame Fixed Bolster Press sets lifting balance cylinder at the slide block with imported ring seal. The press can be equipped with air cushion, automatic feed shaft, photoelectric protector, and various automatic equipments. The die set is adjusted by motor over JH21-45T press. This kind of press conforms to the safety standard of press.
